I map out the problem, the opportunity, and we'll define a clear path forward. You get a concrete plan, tailored specifically for you and your team, how we'll execute it together, and which success criteria will tell us we're on the right path.

    Onboarding that drives value

    As an onboarding specialist, the first impression your customers have is always on my mind. With PagerDuty, I ran a comprehensive discovery on user onboarding that went on to become the foundation of the company's onboarding strategy. For Gupy, I re-architectured the Candidates login to remove friction and boost applications sharply. Let's review your users' initial journey in your product and make sure the first impression on your product is generating you revenue.

    Shipping software faster

    For Proposify, I led the rebuild of the core proposal editor across four teams. Agile practices and consistent delivery cut deployment time from 13 to 5 days, and the product reached beta with strong satisfaction results. Bringing iterative delivery cycles to the teams I work with has decreased delivery time substantially from ideation to delivery in multiple of my clients.

    Turning bottlenecks into sales

    For Gupy, the largest AI-backed applicant tracking system in Latin America, Simone spotted friction in the enterprise sales cycle and led the build of a trial platforms that could be managed by the Sales team. Combined with an internal feature flag tool also conceptualized by her, sales conversions in the segment improved by 27%.
